Actress Sharon Ooja Welcomes a Baby Boy

Nollywood actress Sharon Ooja has officially stepped into motherhood, announcing the arrival of her first child, a baby boy, with her husband, Ugo Nwoke.

Sharing the news on Instagram, the actress expressed deep gratitude and excitement as she reflected on her journey through pregnancy and childbirth. Describing her newborn son as “the most handsome baby boy” she has ever seen, Sharon revealed that the experience gave her a much deeper understanding of God’s love and grace.

She also showered praise on her husband for the unwavering support he gave her throughout the pregnancy, appreciating him for the care, encouragement, prayers and emotional strength he provided over the past nine months. According to Sharon, their lives have been forever changed with the arrival of their son, whose initials are “W.I.N.”

She further thanked her family and close friends for respecting their decision to keep the pregnancy away from the public eye, saying she genuinely enjoyed the peaceful and private nature of the journey despite admitting that the first trimester was “the ghetto”.

The joyful announcement comes less than two years after Sharon and Ugo’s lavish wedding in 2024. Alongside the post, the actress shared elegant maternity photos showing off her baby bump.

Sharon’s fans and colleagues have since flooded social media with congratulatory messages as she officially embraces her new title: “Mama Win.”
