Influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska Dies After Soho Collision, Gabrielle Carrington 's Charges to be Upgraded to Murder

Social media influencer Klaudia Zakrzewska has died after being struck by a car in central London.

The 32-year-old, from Essex, was involved in a collision on Argyll Street in Soho in the early hours of Sunday morning. She was taken to hospital but later succumbed to her injuries.

In a disturbing turn, former X Factor contestant Gabrielle Carrington, 29, has been charged in connection with the incident. The charges include attempted murder, grievous bodily harm with intent, dangerous driving, and drink driving. Following Zakrzewska’s death, the attempted murder charge is expected to be upgraded to murder.

Carrington appeared at Westminster Magistrates’ Court and has been remanded in custody ahead of her next hearing at the Old Bailey in May.

Police have extended their condolences to Zakrzewska’s family and urged the public to avoid speculation as investigations continue.
