I’m looking for a sharp, organised, digitally fluent Administrative & Content Assistant to support the day-to-day running of a growing creative platform.
This role sits at the intersection of operations and storytelling. You’ll help keep the machine moving - from inbox to Instagram.
What You’ll Be Doing
Content & Design
• Designing clean, on-brand graphics using Canva
• Formatting and uploading content to the website
• Scheduling and posting across social platforms
• Assisting with light copy edits and formatting
Communications
• Monitoring and organising inboxes
• Responding to emails professionally (and in brand tone)
• Sending outreach emails to contributors, brands, and interview subjects
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating diaries
Newsletter & Audience
• Drafting and formatting newsletters
• Managing subscriber lists
• Supporting campaign sends and basic performance tracking
Admin & Organisation
• Keeping content calendars updated
• Tracking deadlines
• Supporting campaign and feature rollouts
• Ensuring nothing slips through the cracks
Who You Are
• Exceptionally organised (you live by a system)
• Strong written communicator
• Proficient in Canva
• Confident using website CMS platforms (WordPress, Squarespace or similar)
• Comfortable scheduling content via tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, etc.
• Proactive - you don’t wait to be told twice
• Understands brand tone and can adapt writing style
Bonus if you:
• Have experience working with founder-led platforms
• Understand fashion, art, culture, or lifestyle media
• Can lightly edit copy without rewriting someone’s voice
