London, UK - Professional braiders and textured hair specialists are helping shape the future of beauty, fashion and culture. Their artistry influences global trends, preserves cultural heritage, builds thriving businesses and transforms lives. Yet, despite their impact, their stories have not always been documented with the depth and recognition they deserve.
To help tell that story, Braids Gang is proud to announce Blanck Magazine as the Official Editorial Media Partner for Braiders Brunch 2026, taking place on Saturday 25 July 2026 in London.

Braiders Brunch is more than an annual event. It
is a platform created to champion professional braiders and textured hair specialists through education, meaningful conversations, networking and industry development. It brings together leading braiders, educators, creatives, entrepreneurs and brand partners to celebrate the craft while exploring the future of the profession.
As Official Editorial Media Partner, Blanck Magazine will work alongside Braids Gang to document the journey before, during and after the event through founder interviews, editorial features, speaker spotlights and event-day storytelling. Together, the partnership aims to capture not only what happens on the day, but the wider movement driving greater visibility, opportunity and recognition for professional braiders.
Over the coming weeks, audiences can expect:
An exclusive interview with Braids Gang Founder & CEO, Gabriella Anderson,
Editorial features introducing this year's speakers and programme,
Behind-the-scenes content from the lead-up to the event,
Live event coverage, interviews and editorial storytelling, and
A post-event feature celebrating the conversations, creativity and impact of Braiders Brunch 2026
This year's programme will explore topics including business growth, fashion and editorial hairstyling, wellness, innovation, education and the future of textured hair, while showcasing some of the industry's most exciting talent through discussions, live demonstrations and the Avant-Garde Hair Showcase.
Gabriella Anderson, Founder & CEO of Braids Gang, said:

"We're incredibly excited to welcome Blanck Magazine as our Official Editorial Media Partner. From our very first conversation, it was clear that they understood this is about far more than covering an event. It's about documenting a community, celebrating a profession and amplifying the voices of the people shaping the future of textured hair. We share a belief that these stories deserve to be told with intention, creativity and depth, and I'm looking forward to building something truly meaningful together."
Franka Chiedu, Editor-in-Chief of Blanck Magazine, said:

"At Blanck Magazine, we're always drawn to stories that celebrate culture, creativity, and the people driving meaningful change. Braiders Brunch represents far more than a gathering of hair professionals; it is a celebration of artistry, entrepreneurship, community, and the cultural significance of Black hair. It creates a space where knowledge is shared, businesses are strengthened, and the next generation of creatives can see what is possible.
We're proud to partner with an initiative that is not only elevating the braiding industry but also documenting the stories, expertise, and innovation that have long deserved greater recognition. We look forward to amplifying these voices and bringing our audience closer to the remarkable people shaping this thriving community."
Together, Braids Gang and Blanck Magazine invite the industry to follow the journey to Braiders Brunch 2026 as they celebrate the people, creativity and conversations shaping the next chapter of professional braiding.
