Veteran Actor James Handy Dies After Stabbing Incident; Girlfriend's Son Arrested

Veteran Hollywood actor James Handy has died at the age of 81 following a fatal stabbing outside his Los Angeles home, in a shocking incident that has sent ripples through the entertainment industry.

According to authorities, officers responded to a 911 call at a residence in the Tarzana neighbourhood of Los Angeles on Tuesday morning. Upon arrival, they discovered Handy suffering from a stab wound to the chest outside the property.

The actor was rushed to a nearby hospital, where he later succumbed to his injuries.

Police subsequently arrested 44-year-old Michael Gledhill, identified as the son of Handy's longtime girlfriend. Investigators allege that Gledhill lived at the residence with his mother and Handy at the time of the incident.
