ZARON AT 15:POMP,PAGEANTRY AND A VERY GOOD PARTY

The Zaron at 15 celebration is already being hailed as one of the parties of the year — and considering we’re only in September, that’s quite the declaration. But we have the pictures, and frankly, the evidence is compelling... Cocktails flowed. Performances happened. There were raffle draws, plenty to eat and, somewhere between the assorted and Akara, it became very clear that Zaron had no intention of marking 15 years quietly.

Pomp and pageantry? Certified.

Founded in 2011 by Oke Maduewesi, Zaron Cosmetics has grown from an ambitious Nigerian beauty business into one of Africa’s recognisable homegrown cosmetics brands, building a loyal community along the way.

And perhaps that was the real story of the night. Beyond the glamour, food and festivities was a brand taking a moment to celebrate 15 years of showing up, growing and staying relevant in an increasingly competitive beauty industry.
